THE IMPRINT
OF THE VINTAGE
A year with extreme drought in the Penedès, with rainfall of 325.8 mm and an average temperature of 17.8ºC. The quality of the grapes and must has been excellent. The Xarel·lo variety is one of few that can withstand severe droughts and this year it has given us balanced ripening, with concentrated aromas and very interesting acidity.
OUR OWN
YEASTS
Fermented with our own yeasts from selected strains reactivated at each harvest. The selection of these mother strains was carried out through micro-vinification from the most representative plots of the estate and a meticulous, exhaustive tasting process.
AGEING
Bottled after ageing on its lees months in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
THE
FINAL
IMPRESSION
Aromas of white stone fruit and tropical notes on a vegetal background characteristic of the variety. This is a fresh, supple wine, long in the mouth.
PAIRING
Ideal for appetisers, tapas, seafood, salads and starters.
