Ubac is the Kripta winery estate in Sant Joan de Mediona, 500 metres above sea level, where the Parellada for this particular mountain wine blend comes from.

OF THE VINTAGE
2019
An exceptional harvest, with the rain coming at the right time. Vigorous, balanced and very healthy vines, giving the wines plenty of structure and great ageing capacity in our cellars. The blend is marked by Parellada from the Mediona estate at 550 metres above sea level.
THE FINAL IMPRESSION
A fresh cava with persistent bubbles; supple and very drinkable, with notes of white fruit and ripe apple.

Ideal for appetisers, salads, first courses and desserts.
