A late harvest with 768 litres of rain, almost triple the figure for 2017. High temperatures, giving good balance and less acidity.

FINAL
IMPRESSION
A yellow rim, integrated bubbles with persistent beading, this cava is very creamy and long in the mouth. The toasty and fruity notes are typical of the delicacy of long-aged Macabeo, predominant in the unique blend.
PAIRING
A cava for good food, perfect for fatty dishes such as foie, risottos, acorn-fed ham, smoked meats, oysters, seafood, meat, fish with sauces and mature cheeses.
