This particularly cold year with unusual snowfall gave us an autumn with 300 litres of rain and a spring with 60 litres. A perfect hybrid balance due excellent ripening of the grapes that allowed us this exceptional ageing period.
THE FINAL IMPRESSION
Creaminess and structure, toasted aromas, fine bubbles and a long finish.
PAIRING
Pairs with main meat or fish dishes and Asian cuisine.
